Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team
for upcoming Branch in Lucknow. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the stock market and derivatives to build strong relationships with clients, guiding them in their investment decisions and promoting our research services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Conduct client calls and meetings to understand their needs and convert them into subscribers of our research services and products.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of stock market and derivative products, including F&O.

• Needs Assessment: Identify clients’ needs and requirements, proposing tailored solutions and product packages.

• Consultation: Provide comprehensive consultations on products and services, guiding clients through their decision-making processes.

• Compliance: Adhere to SEBI guidelines and internal policies while cross-selling products and services.

• Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve client complaints and issues in a timely manner.

• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales/revenue targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience (2+ yrs) in sales, preferably in the financial services or stock market industry.
• Strong understanding of stock market and derivative products.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in regional languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
